Lenox Hill Hospital, established in 1857, is an acute care hospital which has a national reputation for outstanding patient care and innovation. Lenox Hill has been a major teaching affiliate of New York University School of Medicine since 1993, and has an extensive collaboration in the Department of Psychiatry.
Inpatient Mental Health Services comprise a 27 bed General Psychiatry Unit, Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), and Consultation Liaison Services.
Outpatient Mental Health Services are offered for Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Attention Deficit Learning and the Center for Mental Health.
